Prices are for 1 or 2-story homes with gutters no higher than 24 feet. Gutters higher will need a quote. Gutters with screens are not included with this price. Please request a quote HERE

Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to All Day Projects. By scheduling our gutter cleaning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Scope of Services

• All Day Projects provides professional gutter cleaning services, including the removal of debris, leaves, and other blockages from gutters and downspouts.
• The services will be provided as per the specifications agreed upon in the service contract or quotation.
• Any additional services requested by the client that are not included in the original agreement will incur extra charges.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All Day Projects will provide a written estimate for the cost of the services, which will be valid for 30 days.
• A deposit of [X]% may be required to secure the booking. The balance is due upon completion of the service.
• Payment methods accepted include [insert payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, bank transfer, etc.].
• Late payments may incur a fee of [X]% per day.

4. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for ensuring clear access to the gutters and downspouts.
• The client must inform All Day Projects of any known issues or damage to the gutters or downspouts prior to the commencement of services.
• The client agrees to remove or secure any items around the property that may be affected by the gutter cleaning process.

5. Service Limitations

• All Day Projects will not be held liable for pre-existing damage to the gutters, downspouts, or property.
• While we take utmost care, All Day Projects is not responsible for minor incidental damage that may occur during the cleaning process (e.g., minor dents, scratches, etc.).
• Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 48 hours' notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee of [X]%.
• All Day Projects reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as unsafe weather conditions.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

• All Day Projects offers a [X]-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within this period to address your concerns.
• The warranty does not cover new blockages or damage caused by external factors (e.g., storms, tree branches, etc.) after the service is completed.

8. Liability

• All Day Projects is fully insured. However, the company’s liability is limited to the amount of the service fee paid by the client.
• The client agrees to indemnify and hold All Day Projects harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the client’s failure to disclose any information relevant to the gutter cleaning services.

9. Privacy Policy

• All Day Projects respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
• We may use your contact information to communicate with you regarding your service and for future promotions unless you opt out.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon.
• Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portland, Oregon.

11. Amendments

• All Day Projects reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes prior to the commencement of services.
