Additional Details

• Standing Water Issues – May indicate improper slope or structural concerns
• Downspout Blockages – Deep clogs may require disassembly (additional cost applies)
• Recommended Cleaning – 2-4 times per year, depending on tree coverage and seasonal debris

• No refunds will be issued after the refund period expires
• If the refund period expires, funds will be recorded as a deposit on your client file
• Deposited funds remain on file until services take place and will be applied to your invoice
